I do all the technical repair, communication, marketing… I do it all! I treat each client as family and will always do what is in your best interest. No employees here, just a small business owner who loves fixing things!
25+ years of experience
I started fixing computers at the age of 13. At 18 I was the youngest to start working for the Federal Government and spent 7 years doing IT data analysis. I briefly worked for some tech companies before founding my business in 2013. Starting my own business was the best decision I ever made. 🙂 To date, I've personally fixed over 4,100 computers.

I strive for 24-hour turnaround
Most computers are done within 24 hours of drop-off. If we need to order any parts, I will give you the tracking information, and as soon as the part is delivered I get to work.

Do you repair both Macs and Windows PCs?
Yes. Valley Support repairs all Windows PCs (HP, Dell, Lenovo, custom builds and more) and most Apple Macs, including iMacs and MacBooks.
How much does it cost to look at my computer?
The inspection and quote are free. Call or text (559) 744-3429, describe the problem, and you'll get an honest quote with zero pressure before any work starts.
How long do computer repairs take?
Most repairs are finished within 24 hours of drop-off. If a part has to be ordered, you get the tracking information and work starts as soon as the part arrives.
Where is Valley Support located?
Valley Support works from a private home shop near Hoover High School (First St & Barstow Ave) in Fresno, CA. The exact address is sent with your appointment confirmation. Customers come from all over Fresno, Clovis and the Central Valley.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, drop-offs are by appointment only, usually between 11 AM and 4 PM (flexible). Phone and text hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM.
Can you recover files from a computer that won't turn on?
Often, yes. Data recovery is one of the most common jobs at Valley Support: photos, documents and videos from computers that won't boot, show no video, or crash with a blue screen.
Who will actually work on my computer?
Carlos Diaz, the owner. Valley Support is a one-man shop, so the person you talk to is the person who fixes your computer, with updates by call, text or video along the way.
